We are able to design programs to meet the needs of individual First Nations or organization. Individual, family and group counsellingMostly Salish offers group programs in the studio in Qualicum Bay, and is also available on a limitted basis for individual and family counselling.Curriculum DevelopmentMostly Salish has successfuly worked in the area of curriculum development at the K-12 and the post secondary fields. At the Justice Institute of BC, the Institute of Conflict Analysis and Management and Malaspina University-College, Mostly Salish has participated in Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Language Teacher Training and Cross Cultural Conflict. In addition, Mostly Salish has worked for local First Nations organizations to develop curriculum specific to their needs. Program EvaluationsMostly Salish has vast experience conducting program evaluations for a variety of agencies. Mostly Salish is familiar with the Logic Model process, Participatory Action Evaluation, Qualitative and Quantitative evaluation. Mostly Salish is also able to prepare evaluation plans and design evaluation processes for organizations. |
